M&S Snippet: M&S  supports our work on water, genetically modified food, and energy. .

Mission (and Service) Accomplished! We did it! Our envelope offerings to Mission and Service as at December 31, 2011 totalled $15,287.19 which exceeded our 2011 objective of $15,000.00. Congratulations on a wonderful accomplishment! Thank you for helping to make our world a better place through your gifts to Mission and Service.

Inverary Sunday School is missing a half dozen soft covered Mission and Service books geared to children. These all have Joan McLurg's name in them and were on the Sunday School shelves in the Inverary Church Hall. As the Sunday School is about to begin a Mission and Service project, we are anxious to get these back, even if only for a couple of weeks to review them. If anyone has borrowed them or knows where they are, could you please contract Brenda Murphy 613-353-2885 as soon as possible.

Shrove Tuesday – Feb. 21st: Battersea Church Hall 5 PM until all are served pancakes, bacon, sausages & dessert. $7.00
